We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and ACH bank transfers for annual plans. Enterprise customers can also pay by invoice.

On the Starter plan, you'll be notified when you approach 200 contracts and prompted to upgrade. We won't delete or lock your data — you just won't be able to add new contracts until you upgrade.

Yes, always. You can export all your contracts, extracted data, and metadata as a ZIP file at any time from your account settings. Your data belongs to you.

Cancel anytime with no penalties. Monthly plans are cancelled at the end of the billing period. Annual plans are non-refundable but we'll honor your access through the end of the term.
